Salary: USD30000 - USD40000 per annum Inside Sales Representative (Solar) $30,000 - $40,000 + Commission (OTE $100,000 - $150,000) + Training + Progression + Monthly/Annual Bonuses Islip Terrace, NY (Commutable from: Islip, Bay Shore, Brentwood, Huntington, Babylon, Smithtown, Patchogue, Hicksville) Are you an Inside Sales Representative, Sales Development Representative or Telesales Executive looking for a permanent office-based role where you will receive structured training, clear earning potential, and real progression as the company continues to grow? This is a permanent position with a well-established solar business selling into both residential and commercial markets, where you will be properly looked after and developed through an initial two-week training program followed by ongoing on-the-job training. Established in 2009 and continuing to expand, they have ambitious growth plans and are investing in their sales function to support continued success. As a result, they are now looking to add an additional Inside Sales Representative to their team. In this role you will be working from the office (11am–7pm), making outbound calls, following up on prospects and enquiries, and managing your activity and pipeline through a CRM. You will support the wider sales team and contribute directly to revenue growth. This role would suit an Inside Sales Representative looking for a stable, long-term position with training, progression, and the opportunity to increase earnings as you become successful in the role.
